We ship handmade Chitrali pakols from Chitral to every city in Pakistan. Here is everything you need to know about delivery, exchanges and returns.
Delivery charges & times

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day after confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available all over Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready. We will call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order before dispatch.
Exchanges (size or colour)
Wrong size? No problem. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will exchange it for another size or colour, subject to availability. The pakol must be unworn, clean and in its original packaging.
Returns & refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the item is damaged or we sent the wrong item.
- Refunds are made by bank transfer or mobile wallet within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or wrong item
If your parcel arrives damaged or with the wrong item, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it free of charge.
FAQ
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Not yet. International shipping is coming soon — message us on WhatsApp if you need a pakol abroad.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes, contact us before it is dispatched (usually within a few hours) and we will update it.
Is it safe to order with Cash on Delivery?
Absolutely. You only pay the courier when your parcel arrives.
