General
This website is operated by TajShahi, based in Chitral, Pakistan. These terms apply to all visitors and customers. We may update them at any time; the version on this page applies to your order.
Handmade products
Every TajShahi pakol is made by hand from natural wool. Small differences in colour, texture, size and shape from the photos are normal and are not defects — they make each piece unique. Colours may also look slightly different depending on your screen.
Pricing
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
Orders
After you place an order, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm it. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example if we cannot confirm it, if the item is out of stock, or if there is a pricing error. If you have already paid, you will receive a full refund.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer and mobile wallets (JazzCash / Easypaisa). For prepaid orders, your order is dispatched after payment is confirmed. Repeatedly refusing Cash on Delivery parcels may result in future orders requiring advance payment.
Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan through courier partners. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, road conditions (especially in the northern areas) or courier delays. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Returns & exchanges
You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions on our Shipping & Returns page.
Intellectual property
The TajShahi name, crown logo, product photos, 3D models, designs and text on this website belong to TajShahi and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, TajShahi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
